What is Teeth Whitening?
Teeth Whitening is performed with a thin layer of special gel which is inserted into the teeth area after the area is cleaned. The special light will activate the gel which removes the stains and dark colors from the teeth.
The whitening level or degree amount varies greatly depending on the person’s teeth type and health, and how bad are the teeth stains.
Different Types of Teeth Whitening:
6% Teeth whitening: done with certified expert technician in a spa, salon, and beauty store.
35% Teeth whitening: it’s a must to be done under dentist or hygienist supervision
In home whitening solution: we provide in home whitening machine with LED light, tray, and gel
How long does the procedure take?
Total 36 minutes + 5 minutes between each session for preparations.
Is there Pain or Discomfort after Teeth Whitening?
During the two days immediately after teeth whitening, around 5% of patients might have some teeth pain if any, depending on the teeth sensitivity level.
Patients might take any over the counter pain killer if needed.
What is the recovery after Teeth Whitening?
- No off of work for days
- Don’t drink coffee or tea for 24 hours
- Pain that may require pain pills for 1-2 days
